Flavian: The light tamper

I often work in the dark because it allows me to fully control light. J I like to create sober images, without unnecessary elements, where each reflection and contour is placed on the millimetre.

Whether I photograph a body, object or movement, I play with the light, volumes and development to obtain a net rendering, graphic and elegant. My work is oriented towards minimalist aesthetics and fine art. My goal is to produce technical images but easy to read, with real artistic intent behind every lighting choice.

When you discover Flavian's work, you immediately feel the hand of a photographer who masters light with finesse. He does not seek the effect: he seeks the meaning. Its way of using shadow, lines and contrasts reveals much more than an impeccable technique — It really gives a soul to the image.
